Team
Sally Brown RGN, BSc Nursing, PRINCE 2 Project Management. Sally has extensive nursing and clinical management experience working in a variety of roles including in both the public and private sectors in health and care. This includes significant experience in programme management, corporate and clinical governance, estates and primary care, including supporting PCN development. Sally has worked at operational and director level and also has several years of previous independent consultant experience.

Dr Dianne Swiers, BSc (Hons) Nursing, Phd, MA (Law), Orthopaedic Nursing Cert’, PGCE. Dianne has many years experience within the NHS to director level. Extensive experience in workforce development, safeguarding children, education, bid writing and regulatory matters. Previous consultancy work has been undertaken within general practice, HEE, NHSE, the prison service and educational settings. Dianne has also worked as an external professional advisor for the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman.

Caroline Wollerton, RGN, MSc Health Services Research, Cert’ District Nursing, PG Dip’ Health Services Management, PG Cert’ Leading and Managing Adult Safeguarding. Caroline has over 30 years experience across commissioner and provider roles in the health and care sectors including nursing and strategic leadership, leading and achieving significant change programmes, and leadership and management of safeguarding adults and children. Previous experience also includes working for 10 years as an Independent External Professional Adviser for the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman.

Dr Omnia Hefni , MBBCH, MRCGP, DPSRH, PGCME, GP Partner. Omnia has over 10 years experience as a practicing GP and combines this with roles on a CCG Covering body, as a Clinical Director of a PCN, a GP trainer and training programme director. Previous experience includes being an undergraduate tutor for medical students at Nottingham University, driving change to clinical pathways within acute and primary care, service development such as re-tendering for out of hours services, and leading a practice merger. Omnia has been at the forefront of PCN development.
